1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process.
